--: Nevarro Sector Corporate Authority Report 242-737 :--
Being the report of Unit 17-C in apprehending a certain droid with potential information...
Game Four - The droid we're looking for
After interviewing the slicer Vikrett Jannakree, information was gleaned about a droid that might have a unknown hyperspace route stored in it's databank that would allow the terrorist group to escape with impunity. Reduced squad 17-C have been tasked with it's retrieval and extraction back to Corporate Headquarters.
Sector 5 of Nevarro City has been seemingly quite due to the increased terrorist activity in the area so locating the droid shouldn't have been too difficult.
Several droids fitting the loose description given by Vikrett Jannakree were in the localised area but it was apparent that the terrorists were already in the area as Lt Lamore's assistant droid was shot out of nowhere.
In another part of Sector 5 the terrorists had crawled out from under the skiff and had laid down a heavy suppressive fire causing several Corporate casualties.
Even with the heavy firefight developing, reduced squad 17-C still endeavoured to find the droid at all costs but to no avail.
The fire zone was intense and the decision was made by Lt Lamore to pull back after only being able to quickly search two droids in the vicinity.
One good piece on new is that it has been reported that the terrorist leader was shot and killed in the firefight but this has yet to be confirmed.
An unsuccessful mission but the actions of the terrorists must be dealt with in the harshest terms as they are upsetting the peaceful aura of Nevarro City and the denizens therein.
Recommend to send a second message to the Imperial Sector Garrison for reinforcements to help quell these terrorist incursions and stop their untoward actions before more innocents are harmed.
Messages of condolence have been sent to the relevant parties.
Report ends...
